You
have made the right choice by visiting us, but let us tell you
right up front, we are not licensed investigators, so we can not
investigate your crime, however, we can help guide you to the
appropriate way to get resolution.
Usually a good way to get resolution for a crime that has
happened over the internet is to seek the proper authorities,
usually your local police department.
Please allow us to help advise you of what you should do.
Finding out of a company is legitimate is a very important step
before doing business with them, if you don't know a lot about
them, why would you do business with them, would you buy a
"Rolex" from a guy on a street corner for a fraction of the
price you'd expect to pay? Chances are its a fake.
Does this company have a web site?
Does it look professional?
Does it have a 1-800 Number?
What is it's history?
If
you do a yahoo search on them, what do you find out?
If
you try and correspond to them, do they write back, how
professional are they even when you don't tell them that your a
customer?
If
you get negative feelings, or responses to these questions, the
legitimacy of the company might be questionable, and might not
be legit, but if you still doubt it, and want some help, perhaps
we can help you.
PSTP has been doing this kind of thing for a long time, we all
have experience in this type of work and we are here to help you
figure out the truth from the scams.
Well, number one, you don't read it, you just delete it,
Number two call your service provider for your email, most of
the time they have ways of dealing with spam, like for example,
Yahoo.com has spam filters that put spam mail into a certain
folder so you can just delete them, or Nextel also offers a spam
filter that filters all sms or text messages so that certain
known spammers dont get to your box.
Perhaps you should check your provider to see what you can do to
reduce your spam, but you should realize on the same token, that
spam is not illegal.
We
are more than happy to help you find the way to go to report any
scam question you might have, though we do not hold licenses to
investigate, nor are we a legal law enforcement agency that can
take your report, what we can do however is point you towards
the right people who can help you find justice.
We
can not promise you that you will get your money back, we are
sorry, but again we are not a Law Enforcement Agency, nor are
we an insurance office, though many times if you take your case
to the proper authorities you can get some money back, but mind
you it does not happen all the time, this is why it is important
for you to educate yourself before you step into a dangerous
situation.
Awesome, feel free to search our web site for information, if
that's not enough that is fine, please fill out our
Information Request form
and
we will respond back to you to give you the information that you
have asked for.
I do not see
my questions here. What do i do now?
Use the same form (
Information Request form
) for asking for info and / or ask your question, if it is one
that we feel would benefit the public we will publish it on our
site.
